the other day christopher took me to the fred meyers near our favorite coffee shop to buy our gossip tickets. two more days and i will be standing with friends and watching one of the most beautiful ladies of the century, beth ditto. the way she moves is so hypnotizing and most of all, cute! i am so excited and cannot stop looking at my tickets over and over, just to make sure i really have them. i will take a bunch of photos if they allow cameras.

the zine symposium was very interesting but i didnt take any photos because i didnt feel like it. i only introduced myself to two people. i hope that in the future i will be able to tell people who i am and tell them about my zine and ask to trade. i had a very very very hard time trying to be apart of everything. i didnt attend any workshops because i would have felt out of place. next year i hope things will be better.
other than that things are great. my zine is finished and i am very proud. i will make a post tomorrow afternoon with details and pictures!
thank you bunnyteeth (kristin) for the account! this will be my first post and definately not my last. im proud to say that i will not be leaving livejournal, but i will be using this hopefully just as often! i am also happy to annouce that my zine, little lady is still in the making, but it is 80% finished. i will have copies during the zine symposium here in portland to swap and share with anyone that would like a copy.
for now i must continue cutting and pasting.
good day!
